Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.RITA CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for M/S.JAYESH B.DOLIA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- As a result of the judgment of the Appellate Court, the original petition filed by the petitioner in HMOP.No.64 of 2008 stands dismissed. Hence, there is no possibility of any further proceedings to be stayed.
