ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, states that the rectification remaining shall be carried out within a period of three months from today.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

3. The respondent authorities to inspect the property of the petitioner within fifteen days from the expiry of the aforesaid time period and dependent on whether the petitioner has complied with the undertaking given to the Court as aforesaid, will proceed in accordance with law thereafter and conclude the matter within a maximum period of two months thereafter.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
