ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.28 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was in possession of 112 kgs of ganja and the same was seized by the respondent Police. He further submitted that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances.

3. Considering the fact that the seized tobacco product is huge in volume and since it is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
