This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 28.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed.

3. Taking note of the facts, the condition is relaxed in toto and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on all hearing dates without fail.
