Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modify the condition in para(b) of the order dated 25/10/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19367 of 2021 to report at 10.30 am before T2, Ambattur Estate Police Station, Chennai-600 058 instead of Inspector Office Police , CCB-1, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Chennai-600 007 for the period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required in the FIR no.103 of 2019 U/s.406,420, 465, 467,468, 471 and 120 B IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB-I, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai Police, No.132, EVK Sampath Road, Vepery, Chennai-600 007.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.THANU MADHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 25.10.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not complied the conditions as imposed by this Court and not appeared before the respondent Police.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Unless, the petitioner appears before the respondent Police, they may not able to complete the investigation in an effective manner.
