ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue the separate compensation to the petitioner's Well and Pump Set situated in Survey No.81/3, Chellaperumpullimedu Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2022 within time framed by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property comprised in Survey Nos.81/3, 82/3 and 82/4, of an total extent of 2.30 acres in Chellaperumpulimedu Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. On 30.06.2022, the fourth respondent issued the final notice in Na.Ka.A2/58/22 regarding the Land Acquisition and the aforesaid property was acquired under the Industrial Purpose Act and fixed the compensation value for the acquired property. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent without considering the value of his Well and Pump Set in 2/5
Survey No.81/3, they only gave the valuation to his lands. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 24.08.2022 before the respondents 1 to 3, seeking to issue separate compensation to his Well and Pump Set in Survey No.81/3. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame that to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
