A.No.4692 of 2024 in O.P.No.337 of 2024 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J., O.P.No.337 of 2024 has been filed to appoint the father as a Guardian.
2. Pending disposal, an Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking temporary custody and visitation right. This Court had passed order regarding visitation right.
3. The present application is filed to modify the earlier order dated 24.07.2024, extending the interim custody for 2 days for a week and to modify the order of taking the assistance of Para Legal Volunteer to pick up and drop the child.
4. After hearing the counsels extensively and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is also busy medical practitioner, the order dated 24.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall have the interim custody of the child for 2 days on 2nd and 4th week of the month, he shall pick up the child at 8.00a.m on Saturday and drop the child at 8.00p.m on Sunday without the assistance of Para Legal Volunteer. The petitioner shall also directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month for the interim expenses. DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

6. It is stated by the counsels that maintenance case is filed by the respondent and pending before the Family Court. The interim payment of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent every month shall be taken note by the Family Court while deciding the maintenance case.
7. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
8. Post the matter before the learned Master on 21.11.2024 for recording of evidence.
