When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel (GCC) for the 1st and 2nd respondents circulated the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court to which I was a party in W.P.No.31004 of 2019. In that writ petition, the similar prayer made by Ambattur Real Estate Roadside Petty Shop Trader's Association was rejected by relying on circular dated 07.11.2019 issued by 3rd respondent declaring entire Ambattur Industrial Estate Zone as a non-vending zone.
