This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner school dated 15.07.2024. 2.

Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned Senior Counsel for MR.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, the relief as sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted unless the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 27.06.2024 and the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 18.06.2024, are put to challenge. 2/4

When the above was brought to the notice of the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned counsel sought for the liberty of this Court to challenge the above two proceedings.

This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the 2nd and 3rd respondents dated 27.06.2024 and 28.06.2024 respectively, if so advised. No costs.
