This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30p.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15180 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the case is under PRC Stage in PRC No.151 of 2023 and charge sheet in this case has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
