The petitioner claims that Sterlite Industries, a company, has been caught up in charges of tax evasion and even cases have been booked under the Customs Act, 1962. The petitioner states that the papers are not proceeding further and there is no entrustment to C.B.I.

2.We are of the view that this is not a case for intervention by the Court in exercise of jurisdiction under public interest litigation and the concerned authorities would take care of the illegality if any of the company which has not even been impleaded as a party in the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
