This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner was pursuing his studies, he was unable to keep in touch with his counsel regularly and he was unable to follow up the matter, and subsequently, due to Covid pandemic, the delay had occurred and the same is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objections in allowing this petition.
