This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6977 of in Crl.O.P.No.7723 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 to report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6977 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7723 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
