Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in Ref.No.C-Wet/S&C/RLMM/2007-08/01 dated 2.4.2007 on the file of the respondents 1 &2, i.e., the Centre for Wind Energy Technology, Government of India, the 2nd respondent herein deleting the name of the petitioner and including the name of the 3rd respondent in the list of models and manufacturers of wind electric generators / wind turbine equipment and quash the same as ultra vires, contrary to rule of Law and against the principles of natural justice.
