This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to record the death of the 2nd defendant and recognize the plaintiff, 7th defendant and bring on record Mrs.Rashminder Kaur as proposed 15th defendant as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd defendant in the suit in C.S No.927 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the other side have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Post on 20.09.2024 for filing amended plaint copy.
