Crl.MP.No.14741 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14107 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14107 of 2022, order dated 11.08.2021 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.14107 of 2022, on 11.08.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur on first working day of every month at 10.30am, until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
