This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6 (b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13917 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the case is under PRC Stage. Charge sheet has been filed and taken on file by the concerned Court.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
