The petitions have been filed to amend the order dated 30.08.2022 in Crl.OP.No.16730 of 2022 with regard to sections of the offence and to extend time to execute sureties.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.16730 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022. Further, the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum in the above order is extended till 30.09.2022.
