The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 316(2) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No. Not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.28 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
