This application has been filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of time for completing the arbitration proceedings.

2. Notice was ordered to the respondents and the affidavit of service has also been filed and the names of the respondents has also been printed in the cause list. There is no appearance in person or through counsel.

3. This Court carefully considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also perused the materials available on record.

4. The proceedings are at the state of cross-examination of the claimant. The proceedings have been going on from the year 2021 and already one extension of time has been granted by this Court by order dated 26.09.2019. In spite of the same, the proceedings have not concluded.

5. In view of the above, the time for completion of the 2/4

proceedings is finally extended by six months and it is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in this case. The parties shall cooperate for the completion of the proceedings within the time extended by this Court.
