Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to remove the encroachment made by 8 to 10 respondents in the property comprised in Survey No.122/1, measuring an extent of 0.09 cents, situated at Plot No.42, Siruvathur Main Road, Rayarpalayam Village, Pethanur Post, Kallakurichi Taluk and District, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the 1 to 7 respondents to reject the application made by 8 to 10 respondents seeking issuance of patta in representation dated 16.12.2024 seeking to issue patta in 8 to 10
respondents name.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer for removal of encroachment allegedly made by private respondents would require examination in the light of order dated 03.02.2025 passed by this Court in the petition filed by private respondents, wherein, a direction was issued for consideration of representation seeking grant of patta.
2. The petitioner has not stated anything regarding decision, if any, taken on the representations made by the private respondents, in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 03.02.2025 passed in
W.P.No.3366 of 2025.
3. The petitioner has submitted a representation before the third respondent/Tahsildar, Kallakurichi Taluk Office. On the representation so made, the Tahsildar shall inform in writing regarding the decision, if any, taken on the representation of the private respondents.
