Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and measuring her property in Survey No.179/1, 178 measuring to an extent of 5 acre situated in Thorapalli Agragaram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by Revenue Authorities and thereafter to fence the property as per the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2022.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and measuring his property in Survey Nos.179/1, 178 measuring to an extent of 5 acre situated in Thorapalli Agragaram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by Revenue Authorities and thereafter to fence the property as per the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2022 is pending consideration with the 2nd respondent and when the surveyor comes for surveying the lands situate in the above stated survey numbers they are ready to give police protection.

3. Recording such submission of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2022 and give police protection when the surveyor

concerned visits the above said lands for surveying the lands.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
