Heard Mrs.Hema Sampath, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.A.D.Balasubramaniam for the petitioner and Mr.Meenakshi Sundaram for the respondent.

2. The parties viz., Mr.S.Sankarraj and Mrs.Harsha Priya have appeared online. They have stated that a memo of compromise has been entered into between them without any duress and out of their own free will and accord.

3. I have gone through the memo of compromise. I do not find anything irregular or contrary to law. The compromise is recorded. Applying clause 3 of compromise memo, the civil revision petition is allowed and the application is remanded to the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

4. Mr.S.Sankarraj is currently working in Texas and therefore, he is represented by duly registered power of attorney, his father, Mr.S.Subramani. Since the civil revision petition is allowed and remanded in terms of the compromise, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai shall also receive the 13-B petition when presented through his power of attorney. Prior to making a decree of divorce absolute, the Court shall examine the petitioner, Mr.Sankarraj, the power of attorney as well as Mrs.Harsha Priya, whenever possible 2/4

through video conference. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
