ORDER
The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6937 of 2024 dated 25.03.2024 was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the respondent was filed. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 9.It is submitted that based on the above, on 14.10.2024, I have closed the above case in Cr.No.246/2022, U/s.420 IPC as civil in nature and filed a final report vide E-filing No.LTN20220001689C202400171 before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town and taken on file RCS No.4/2024 dated 14.10.2024 and on the same day, I have served RCS Notice to be de facto complainant through register post and the same was acknowledged.
3.Recording the above, this contempt petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the referred charge sheet filed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
