This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Judge (CBI Court), Madurai.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Anbuselvan, Advocate (Enrolment No.628/93) submitted that Dr.A.R.Santha Mohan (A8) in C.C.No.1 of 2019 died on 17.12.2020. Death of the said accused would result in abatement of the prosecution against her in C.C.No.1 of 2019.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Connected Crl.M.P is closed.
