This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11702 of 2022 dated 23.05.2022 passed by this Court as the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Panruti on every Monday until further orders and shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 6.30pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11702 of 2022 dated 23.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Panruti on the first working day of every month until further orders.
