2. It is represented by the petitioner counsel in both the Criminal Original Petitions that the case in C.C.Nos.755 and 757 of 2016 have been disposed of by the concerned Magistrate Court and thereby submitted that the Criminal Original Petitions have become infructuous.

3. In the light of the abovesaid factors, the Criminal Original Petitions are found to be infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

4. In such view of the matter, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
