O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.12.2022 made in W.P.No.32191 of 2022. 2.The petitioner filed W.P.No.32191 of 2022 seeking to direct the respondents to incorporate the decree and judgment made in O.S.No.558 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 declaring the validity of the WILL dated 04.05.2009 executed in favour of the petitioner in Book-I. This Court vide order dated 01.12.2022 made in W.P.No.32191 of 2022 permitted the petitioner to present the decree and judgment made in O.S.No.558 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 before the respondents and directed the respondents to consider the same and to pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent in the writ petition, pursuant to which, the second respondent, after providing opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent in the writ petition, has incorporated the decree and judgment made in O.S.No.558 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 in Book-I. 2/4

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. If at all the fourth respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.32191 of 2022 is aggrieved, liberty is granted to the fourth respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.32191 of 2022 to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
