Pursuant to the order passed in Crl OP No.20781 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019, further investigation has been

completed and the final / supplementary report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore. The said fact has also been recorded by this Court while passing an order on 08.09.2023.

The other issues that have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be gone into in this contempt petitions and the other issues are kept open and it will be agitated before the concerned Court during the course of proceedings.
