This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent-Police to file final report / Charge Sheet in Crime No.13 of 2025, before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that investigation is in progress and he seeks two months time for completing the investigation and to file a final report/charge sheet. 2/4

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and to file a charge sheet within a period of two months.
