Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.7.2021 by directing the respondent to repair and maintain the stretch of road from Kallur village to Pakkam Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District on priority basis.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to seek a direction on the respondents to repair and maintain the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stretch of the road from Kallur Village to Pakkam Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Written instructions have been received by learned Special Government Pleader and submitted before this Court to indicate that the road in question would be repaired/constructed before March 31, 2022.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to repair/construct the road in question by March 31, 2022. There will be no order as to costs.
