..Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the Charge Memo No.Rc.91940/2003 CM1 dated 18.8.2003 and the consequent orders in G.O.2 (D) No.178 and G.O.3(D) No.41 of the Department of Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection both dated 29.8.2003 of the first respondent and quash them and consequently direct the respondents to pay all the retirement benefits including the death cum retirement gratuity, special provident fund, commutation of value of pension, regular pension and surrender leave salary in full and with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of retirement i.e., on 31.8.2003.
