ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.688 of 2025 and it is pending for trial.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
