ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted for directing the Respondents Police to produce the Petitioner's Husband Murugesan S/o.Velayutham, aged about 32 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd Respondent and set him at Liberty.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that husband of the writ petitioner has been arrested in connection with Crime No.510 of 2024 by MKB Nagar Police Station. 3.That being so, the husband of the petitioner is not under illegal detention and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
