ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondent to file final report/charge-sheet in Crime No.16 of 2023 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate No.1 at Poonamallee within the time that may be stipulated and fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner, who is the de-facto complainant, has filed this petition 1 / 3

to file final report within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is almost over and they are ready for filing the final report/charge-sheet and seeks a week's time for the same.

4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of four weeks from today.
