The petitioner, who was involved in TNPID offence was granted bail by this Court on condition that he should report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Considering the nature of the offence, the request of the petitioner to relax the said condition is declined. He may revive his request after two months.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
