THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13219 of 2021 IN CRL OP.9132 of 2021 S.NAGARAJ [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ROYAPURAM POLICE STATION, (CRIME NO.679 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e. sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further order, imposed on this petitioner by this Hon`ble Court vide order dated 15.06.2020 in Crl.Op. No. 9132/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9132 of 2021 on 15.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
