O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.7112 of 2015, dated 30.12.2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.

2. While granting bail, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Subsequently, the said condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.831 of 2015 that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station in the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders and again the said condition also modified in Crl.M.P.No.7112 of 2015 dated 30.12.2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station once in two months at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

ari 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is the sole bread winner of the family and he finds it difficult to comply with the condition imposed on 30.12.2015 and hence sought for modification of the said condition.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent.

5.Considering the above submissions, the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee passed in Crl.M.P.No.7112 of 2015 dated 30.12.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
