ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to leave India for employment purpose to Saudi Arabia pending investigation under Crime No.75 of 2019 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the final report will be filed before the appropriate Court in a very short time.

3.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage since the investigation has been completed and the final report is going to be filed before the concerned Special Court. Therefore, the petitioner can seek for the very same relief before the concerned Court and the concerned Court can deal with the same in accordance with law, after taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate petition before the trial Court and workout his remedy.
