This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the 1st petitioner as 15th respondent. This has been filed owing to the fact that he is beneficiary of Settlement Deed executed by the 1st respondent / Santhammal / plaintiff in the suit. But, however, he is already on record as legal representative and therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become superfluous and is closed.
