Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce petitioner's minor daughter aged about 2 years before this Court, who is in the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Since the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, retained custody of their minor daughter aged about 2 years, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.Today when the matter was called, we thought it fit to be a case for mediation and accordingly referred the parties to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. During the course of Mediation, both the parties have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 16.07.2025. The terms of the settlement reads as follows: A) The husband i.e. 3rd respondent agreed to hand over the minor child by name Dharshika Sri (2 years) to the wife and accordingly handed over the same before the Mediators.
B) Both parties agreed to live jointly and continue their matrimonial life.
C) The husband agreed to set up/arrange separate house for the convenience of the child and wife.
3.In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, as stated above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
