This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.231 of 2019. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the investigation was completed and the referred charge sheet was filed before the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC/ST Cases, Cuddalore on 12.4.2021. The RCS notice was also issued to the petitioner in RCS No. 9 of 2022. 3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. It is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Court by filing a protest petition and proceed further in accordance with law.
