Heard Mr. T.Padmanabhan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First, Second and Fourth Respondents and Mr. T.Arun Kumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

When it was pointed out that the Petitioner has not provided necessary details relating to the timings of the buses of the Petitioner, which existed prior to revision, which is sought to be implemented in this Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with relevant particulars, if necessity arises, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court 2/4

record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
