O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to consider his application dated 20.06.224 seeking transfer of patta in his name in respect of Survey No.15/2B situated at Korakai Village, Thittakudi Circle, Cuddalore District.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above said land along with property situated in other survey numbers under registered sale deed dated 10.05.2023. He applied for transfer of patta immediately. The patta was transferred in favour of petitioner in respect of other survey numbers covered by the sale deed. However, his request for transfer of patta in respect of Survey No.15/2B was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Therefore, he is before this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
