PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2023 in accordance with law by taken necessary action under Section 151 PSO Act against the 5th Respondent and other constables they working at Town Police Station (Traffic) Perambalur to secure the ends of justice.

This petitioner herein is a street vendor who wants protection to conduct his business in the Street, alleging that the police are interfering in his business.
2. This Court finds no reason to entertain this sort of petition, since under the garb of Right to Trade, no person can disturb the free flow of traffic. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
