This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.MP.No.125 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District dated 20.03.2025. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case and on obtaining permission from this Court, the learned counsel made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.

In view of the aforesaid endorsement, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
