This application has been filed consequent to the death of the 8th defendant in the Suit Mr.S.Raj and to bring on record his legal representatives / son and daughter as further defendants in the suit / 9th and 10th defendants.

2.The learned counsel who had originally appeared for the 8th defendant, Mr.I.Rollence Samuel, stated that he has been instructed to appear on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3.In view of that particular representation made, notice is not directed to the proposed respondents. This application stands allowed.
