The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to employ the petitioner's son in a suitable position in the respondent Corporation on compassionate grounds based on the petitioner's application dated 25.09.2012.

The case of the petitioner is that her husband K.Ravi was appointed as a Conductor temporarily by the order of the second respondent dated 05.12.2000. Subsequently, his service was regularised with effect from 01.09.2005. The petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
would further state that when her husband was on duty on 26.11.2011, the bus met with an accident and in that, her husband succumbed to the injuries sustained and died. The petitioner gave an application to the respondents on 25.09.2012 seeking employment of her son viz., R.Vigneshwar on compassionate ground. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4. This Court heard the submissions Mr.S.Sairaman, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.
This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and without going into merits, directs the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 25.09.2012 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken by him, to the petitioner herein.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
