ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner made a representation dated 28.06.2023, seeking to release the vehicle viz., TATA mini Lorry belonging to the petitioner proprietary concern bearing Reg.No.TN 05 CK 7836, Chassis No.MAT786001N8K21423 and Engine No.3.3LNGDO6KXX531193. However, till date, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents, and made a statement that upon seizure of the vehicle, it was handed over to the police, and a case was registered in Cr.No.434 of 2023 at Otteri Police Station.

4.Now, the petitioner is required to approach the concerned Magistrate Court for return of the vehicle.
