ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 given to the 4th respondent and issue a Patta within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2021 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 3.Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2021 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2021 and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested parties/rival 2/4

claimants if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
